Town Attorney Anthony Wagner presented Ordinance 2026-01, describing slight amendments to the Town Code concerning the composition of Bourbon’s Redevelopment Commission. After discussion the council suspended the rules to consider the measure on all three readings and then approved Ordinance 2026-01 by a recorded vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays.
