Staff outlines timetable for comprehensive plan public hearing Sept. 1
Staff said the comprehensive plan maps and full document (land use, housing, transportation) will be brought back to the Planning Commission for a Sept. 1 public hearing and asked commissioners to submit suggested edits in advance so a full draft can be published two weeks before the hearing.

Staff reported on the status of the comprehensive plan update and told the commission the map changes under discussion have not been modified since the prior meeting. The plan — including land use, housing and transportation chapters — is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Sept. 1, and staff said the full draft will be distributed to commissioners a couple of weeks in advance.
