The City of Houston reviewed solicited quotations for a project to create a segregated garage and storage area with a mezzanine, stairs and secure doorways, plus HVAC and electrical adjustments. One contractor declined, one failed to submit a complete HVAC/electrical quote, and Straight Edge Construction submitted the only complete quote; the council accepted that quote in the amount of $50,202 and authorized transfer of necessary funds from the 403 Construction Fund.
