The Manchester City Board of Education voted on May 11 to award the asphalt contract for the CSES parking lot to the lower bidder at $28,900. Two bids were presented: $32,379.45 and $28,900.00. Mr. Jeff Sholey reviewed the bids and the board accepted the lower proposal; Mrs. Lisa Gregory made the motion and Mr. Lee Sullivan seconded.
