Committee briefed on HOME/HOME-ARP pipeline; county to put $1.4M into first permanent-supportive housing project
Staff said the county received 30 HOME/HOME-ARP proposals and is preparing development agreements for projects that would use HOME ARP to create permanent supportive housing. The first proposed award would put about $1.4 million into Weston (spoken in transcript as 'Wesson') Avenue Apartments.
