At the Wayne County Committee on Public Services meeting, Clerk introduced Item 2 requesting approval of a cooperative agreement with vendor '4 0 4' for the purchase of five vehicles for the Department of Facilities Management and Planning. Commissioner Peterson Mayberry asked what outfitting would involve and whether vehicles would be sent to an external vendor in Pontiac for work.
