Director Holcomb told the Planning Commission that a recent Metropolitan Council resolution directed Planning Department staff to review and propose amendments to the Unified Development Code related to data centers. Holcomb said staff will prepare a text amendment, provide a staff report to the commission, and then take any proposed changes to the Metropolitan Council.
