Planning staff reported that the town and county are finalizing an RFP to hire consultants to prepare a Northeastern master plan around the new hospital. The plan is intended to look at land use, infrastructure needs, corridor standards on Route 50, signage and architectural standards, and opportunities to brand the northeast Easton area as an economic corridor leveraging the hospital and the airport.
