The full story
Representatives for RISE Development asked the board to approve a modification to an approved development plan that splits one long frontage building into two separate structures to address fire code and contract considerations. The applicant said the change "is being requested in terms of taking one of our front buildings just parallel to the parking lot and breaking that into 2 separate buildings, mostly for consideration of fire code and smart contract details." The applicant added that overall uses remain as previously approved and the modification reduces leasable square footage by roughly 1,500 square feet.
