The Rio Grande County Board of Commissioners voted to sign a three-year contract with Matrix Consulting Group to update the county’s Cost Allocation Plan. Amanda Klapperich, the county’s chief financial officer, told commissioners the contract is less expensive than the previous one; the board approved the contract by motion and the minutes record the motion carried.
