At the Dec. 31 meeting Jack Rudder, Rio Grande County’s Veterans Service Officer, presented his monthly report and cited the Geographic Distribution of VA Expenditures (GDX) report showing 693 veterans living in Rio Grande County and that the VA provides services to 44% of them.
