Star Valley authorizes Payson intergovernmental agreement for on-call code-enforcement inspections at $110/hour
The council authorized the mayor to execute an IGA with the Town of Payson under which Payson’s Code Enforcement Officer will perform on-site inspections for Star Valley for $110 per hour; Star Valley will retain responsibility for notices, case preparation and prosecution.

Town Manager Grier presented an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Payson to provide on-call code-enforcement field inspections for Star Valley. Grier stated that Star Valley does not currently employ a dedicated Code Enforcement Officer and that Payson’s officer would perform inspections when written complaints are received.
