Council backs Fox Creek developer’s request to move project forward
Developer Justin Kuhn asked the Hicksville Village Council for support to proceed with the Fox Creek subdivision on Spencerville Street; Council voted 4–1 to "move forward." An Ohio Asphalt estimate listed the street build at $71,536 for 460 feet by 22 feet.

The Hicksville Village Council voted to support moving forward with the Fox Creek subdivision project after developer Justin Kuhn asked for the village’s backing for the next steps. Councilman Brian Zeedyk made the motion to "move forward," seconded by Councilman Eric Bassett; Toni Egly voted no, and Kent Miller, Brian Zeedyk, Boyer Gonwick and Eric Bassett voted yes.
