Keegan Dunn of HWC Engineering told the Wingate Town Council April 8 that wastewater is the town’s most pressing utility need, citing frequent blockages in aged sewer mains, pump inefficiencies in a long force main, and recent effluent violations (most recently ammonia in September 2024).
