Members of the Valley View Planning Board voted to recommend that Council consider adopting a new Residential (R1) zoning district tailored to the Strathmore subdivision. Solicitor David Lambros drafted adjustments after prior discussions and Councilperson Paulson provided a handout on potential changes; Mayor Matthew March asked the board whether it wished to forward the recommendation.
