Board approves change order to stabilize soil at Bliss Building parking lot
Commissioners approved change order No. 7 to the Robertson Construction Services LLC contract for Delaware County's Bliss Building to perform cement stabilization under the southern half of the parking lot after rain made the original remediation plan unreliable; staff said the contractor is ready to mobilize immediately with a goal to finish this week ahead of early voting.
