Council members discussed sustaining the SUFU program and expanding Self Direction supports during the FY 2026 budget conversation. Alan Cobo-Lewis said the SUFU program is a model for other states and urged the Council to fund it "for as much as possible." Kristine Adams also called for more funding to help Self Direction.
