Two members step down; HHRC to recruit replacements
The commission recorded two members stepping down in quick succession and plans targeted recruitment — members suggested using the new Instagram and networks to find candidates with expertise in transportation, housing, food and health.

The chair read correspondence announcing a member's resignation and confirmed the commission had received notice that another member was also stepping down, leaving the body "two down in one day," the chair said. The resignation text read aloud included: "I'm extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I need to submit my resignation from the HHRC effective immediately." (read by the chair).
