The Wheeling Flag Commission on Sept. 23 approved a minor building appearance request for Alta Packaging Inc., allowing replacement of peeling wood siding on the building’s southeast corner with Hardie (concrete) lap siding in pearl gray and a Victorian-gray soffit.
