RISE program staff gave the commission a quarterly update, reporting that since the program launched in March they have enrolled 40 participants and experienced three dropouts. Program representatives credited Program Manager Teresa Aguilera, Clinical Supervisor Jim Helgert, Support Specialist Lydia Vega and Navigation Specialist Amy Perea for program operations.
