On a motion by Clerk Paula Fillman, seconded by Trustee Albright, Garfield Township adopted its Master Plan under Authorizing Resolution 2025-10. Roll call indicated yes votes from Fillman, Albright, Supervisor D. Butkovich and M. Butkovich; no votes were recorded and S. Butkovich was absent. The motion carried.
