Late in the meeting Mayor Turnbull asked for a motion to enter executive session to discuss litigation matters under Missouri Revised Statutes section 610.021(1). Council member Serco moved to enter executive session and Council member Burke seconded; the council asked for a roll call to proceed with the executive session.
