Council delays opening applications for interim Seat C until workshop discussion

City Manager Sohaney outlined the schedule for filling the upcoming vacancy in council Seat C: applications will be accepted beginning tomorrow and will close at noon on Oct. 30, council interviews are planned for a special meeting on Nov. 9 (6 p.m.), and council is expected to consider a temporary appointment at its regular meeting on Nov. 10; the appointed individual would serve through March 31, 2027.
