The special codification meeting of the City of Bertram was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2026 at City Hall by Mayor Laura Merchan. Council member Louise Hall moved to approve the meeting agenda; Benjamin Boelter seconded and the motion was "Approved by unanimous vote."
