The Colfax County Board of Commissioners approved a $35,000 contract with Keith Marvin of Marvin Consulting on Sept. 23 to update the county's Comprehensive Plan and its Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. The motion, made by Commissioner Terry V. Wendt and seconded by Commissioner Jim Mejstrik, passed unanimously (Mejstrik, Wendt and Grotelueschen voting YES).
