Board approves dedicated lodging credit card for sheriff training
The board authorized a credit card application and development of a credit card policy to cover out-of-state lodging for sheriff personnel rather than using the Roads Department card.

Sheriff Mike Hoff and Chief Deputy Paul Tartaglia told commissioners they had been using the Roads Department credit card for out-of-state lodging when attending training and requested a dedicated card strictly for lodging. Commissioners voted to proceed with a credit card application and to create a credit card policy to govern its use.
