Commissioners adopt Medical Examiner fee schedule, authorize live after-hours answering service
The court adopted the FY27 fee schedule for the Lubbock County Medical Examiner and authorized a client-service agreement with Alliance Communications for a live after-hours answering service to improve caller experience.

Bambi Trevino of the Medical Examiner's office presented the fee schedule for forensic and related services to take effect Oct. 1, 2026. “This is, our presentation for the fee schedule for ME services for fiscal year 27 and ask for your approval,” Trevino said. Commissioners adopted the fee schedule by motion and voice vote with no changes reported.
