The council agreed to schedule a special meeting for the Michigan Rural Water Association (MRWA) presentation on the village's water-rate study and capital projects. Council members said the MRWA presentation contains extensive material that would be difficult to cover during a regular meeting and set Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. for an in-depth review.
