The Selectboard voted to accept and sign a three‑year statement‑of‑work with Xerox IT Solutions covering cybersecurity and IT support services. Staff (speaker 2) said the vendor agreed to hold current pricing through the end of the fiscal year and that a modest increase will apply in years two and three; the SOW covers firewall, backup/disaster recovery, OneDrive and device warranty assistance.
