Administrator Phil Dorenkamp told the Board the HVAC upgrade project is at a point where the county can certify completion, while noting a few outstanding items that may require change orders: private restrooms that do not yet have heaters and a noisy fan in the maintenance room that a subcontractor will fix. A 5% retainage will be held until final payment is advertised and processed.
