The Pierce County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Feb. 17, 2026, to adopt Resolution #2026-3, approving the Pierce County Local Emergency Operations Plan for 2026. Commissioner John Steinkraus moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Brad Albers seconded the motion, and the board voted Aye: Steinkraus, Albers and Martinson.
