Selectboard finalizes town-meeting logistics; will provide hybrid access and test AV setup

Staff presented slides summarizing budget changes and estimated potential tax rates for the town budget and ballot articles. Staff said she emailed packets and planned a short presentation in advance of opening the floor for questions so many common questions would be addressed in the presentation.
