The Pierce County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 2 approved final closeout actions for the Hadar West/JEO Project #221896 with Theisen Construction. The board accepted Change Order #2, a deduction of $3,210.50, and approved Pay Application #6 (final) in the amount of $32,315.61 and the Certificate of Substantial Completion.
