The Howe City Council approved an Interlocal Agreement with Grayson County allowing mobile data terminal (MDT) access to county dispatch systems. The motion to approve the agreement was made by Ricky Price and seconded by Billie Ingram II; the motion passed unanimously at the Feb. 10 meeting.
