The City of Howe Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve the Preliminary Plat for Ponderosa Point, Block A, Lot 3 at its Feb. 10, 2026 meeting. The motion was made by Larry Stevenson and seconded by Nicole Faye and is recorded in the minutes as "Motion passed unanimously."
