Council approved a 4.52 percent Consumer Price Index–Urban (CPI-U) adjustment to the agreement with Frontier Waste Solutions as an action item at the Feb. 10 meeting. The motion was made by Shawn Tyler and seconded by Ed Whitfield; the council voted to approve the rate adjustment unanimously.
