Director Michael Aragon asked the Board to table item 2.a (the Jan. 21 minutes); Commissioner Robert Lucero moved to approve the agenda with that change and Commissioner Tony C. Hass seconded. The motion passed unanimously, formally tabling the Jan. 21 minutes for later consideration.
