At the close of the evening the Select Board voted to convene in executive session under Mass. Gen. Laws ch.30A, §21(a) to discuss strategy in preparation for ongoing litigation titled Conewick v. Norfolk (matter concerning Park Street). The motion stated that open discussion could be detrimental to the town's litigation position and the board recorded a roll-call vote to proceed into executive session and not return to open session.
