Sheriff Schmidt presented a proposed 28E Agreement with the Black Hawk SWAT Team to the board; Supervisor Curt Hilmer moved to approve the agreement and Supervisor David Turner seconded. The board voted unanimously to approve and authorized Chairwoman Heather Knebel to sign the agreement.
