The Jacinto City Council considered Variance Request 2025-004 during the Dec. 11 meeting and ultimately accepted the Variance Board's recommendation to deny the request. Councilmember Jimmy "JJ" Rivas moved to accept the recommendation; Councilmember Allen Lee seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
