Planning & Zoning Administrator AZ Larsen told the Selectboard on Sept. 14 that the Town’s Unified Development Regulations require clearer, consistent enforcement procedures and that implementation is constrained by staff capacity. Larsen said they have issued three notices of violation (two later withdrawn and one resolved via a tolling agreement), sent nine warning letters, and are shifting to an informal inquiry step before formal enforcement.
