Chair moved and the board approved, by roll call, a motion to enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A for legal advice, personnel, negotiations and property matters; the motion passed on a roll-call vote and public business concluded for the night.

At the close of its March 18 work session, the board voted to enter nonpublic session citing RSA 91-A provisions for legal advice, personnel matters, negotiations and property acquisition or lease. Chair Chris Gell moved to enter nonpublic under "RSA 91 a" and the motion was seconded by Miss Meeker; the board then conducted a roll-call vote that resulted in a majority affirmative and the motion passed.
