Commissioners approved revised fees for planning and zoning at the June 18 meeting. The newly adopted schedule sets a $150 rezoning fee, a Preliminary Plat fee of $40 plus $20 per lot, a Site Plan fee of $100 and a Board of Zoning Appeals application fee of $50.
