During the April 16 session the commission approved written requests from the School Department to reallocate and appropriate funds across several accounts. Actions included decreasing unassigned fund balance by $28,000 to increase travel and supplies lines and a separate decrease of $35,850 to cover other contracted services; these motions were approved with recorded votes on some items and voice votes on others.
