Eric Long said staff can start working on permitting for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovation project after the Village of Estero provided the permit application. Charlie Krebs said staff will coordinate with RG Architects to provide building elevations in a clean format and discussed possibly combining the monument and gatehouse projects for permitting efficiency.
