Advisory Committee approves agenda amendment and adjourns unanimously
The committee unanimously approved an amendment to add the employee benefits presentation to the agenda and later adjourned by unanimous roll call vote; motions were moved and seconded by Chair Stephen Bonder and Penn Young respectively.

At the start of the meeting Chair Stephen Bonder moved to amend the agenda to include the employee benefits section operating budget (accounts 911–919). Penn Young seconded the motion and the committee carried the amendment on a unanimous roll call vote with all eight members recorded as "aye." The amendment enabled the benefits presentation later in the meeting.
