Developers present expanded mitigation plan for Coolidge Crossing; commission asks for final BVW management language

The Coolidge Crossing multi‑family project team presented a comprehensive mitigation plan—737 native plantings to offset 179 tree removals and restoration of nearly 34,000 sq ft of wet meadow—and the commission requested final BVW management language, invasive-species recommendations, lighting dimming schedules and deicing alternatives; hearing continued to Feb. 19.
