Madison County ETSB says Starcom tower testing passed; FCC paperwork delaying activation

Director Weber told the Madison County Emergency Telephone System Board that construction and testing on the Highland Starcom tower are complete and the tower is "up and running," but activation is delayed by errors in previously filed FCC paperwork.
