During consideration of a rezoning request for parcel ID 030-0412-03, board members asked whether private covenants affected the property. The staff member said they had not confirmed any covenants and relayed that the applicant had testified they "only found a conservation covenant, but it didn't seem to apply or something." Board members observed that private covenants are enforced among property owners and are separate from the board's zoning decision.
