Airport staff reviewed Amendment No. 1 to the Below Minimums Aviation LLC land lease, explaining that building construction required shifting the structure a foot or two to avoid underground utilities and that Exhibit A coordinates therefore needed updating. The amendment would also add roughly 4,500 square feet of unimproved land adjacent to the lessee's hangar for equipment storage.
